‘He looks so good’ – Liverpool fans react to performance of Naby Keita against Everton

Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita was handed a welcomed start in the 0-0 draw at Everton and Reds fans have been reacting on Twitter to an impressive display from the former RB Leipzig man.

Keita was thrust into the action for Liverpool at the expense of Gini Wijnaldum and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

It comes as reports have surfaced in recent weeks suggesting Keita may be on his way out of the club, with suggestions of a move to AC Milan the most concrete of those rumours yet.

However, for now, he remains a Reds player. And Keita put in a solid performance yesterday in what was a very strange Merseyside derby, to say the least.

The Reds lacked potency in their play overall and could have lost if not for Alisson. But for Keita, it was a welcome return to first-team football and he probably did enough to warrant keeping his place.

His performance seemed to impress Liverpool fans, too. A number of them took to Twitter to sing his praises following the game.
