Although a deal has been agreed between Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich for Harry Kane, there may still be some hope of the striker staying.
Whilst speaking live on Sky Sports News, journalist Paul Gilmour shared the update that Kane has been leaning towards a Spurs stay.

Shared via Football Daily on X, Gilmour said: “It’s very much a fast moving situation, we’re waiting to hear what Harry Kane wants to do.
“As of this morning we were hearing that he’s still leaning towards staying.
“So it’s interesting but the deal has been agreed between the clubs.
“And that is significant, that the clubs have finally reached a solution after months of going back and forth.”
The huge summer transfer has taken a huge step today with reports that Bayern Munich and Spurs have finally reached an agreement for a transfer.
David Ornstein has also reported in The Athletic that Kane was leaning towards a Spurs stay.
Kane is said to be enjoying life under Ange Postecoglou and it’s now unclear how he’ll react to this development.
Just when the Kane saga didn’t seem like it could get any more complicated, it seems the striker isn’t certain he wants to leave Tottenham after all.
Journalist has revealed that Kane was leaning towards staying at Tottenham
If Harry Kane decides to reject a move and stay at Spurs, this really will be one of the biggest transfer sagas of our times.
The move has dominated the summer and it almost feels surreal to see an agreement finally made.

Perhaps what’s even more cruel for Spurs fans at this moment is that they are still being taunted by the prospect of uncertainty.
A bid has been accepted, personal terms were reportedly agreed in the past as well, and yet we are not certain Kane is leaving.
Ornstein’s massive update should spell the end of Kane’s long career at Tottenham but it seems there really is still a small chance otherwise.
If it’s uncertainty that Kane was looking to avoid for Spurs, he’ll want to make a decision as soon as possible.
