Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte has revealed that he’s had to shout at Cristian Romero in training.
The Spurs boss spoke highly of the 23-year-old, tipping him to develop into a “great defender”.
However, Conte admits that Romero still needs to improve in some aspects.

The Argentina international has been great for Tottenham since joining last summer.
So far, Romero has clocked up 23 appearances for Spurs, though he spent some time out with a hamstring injury.
When fit, he is one of the first names on Conte’s team sheet.
However, there is one notable flaw to his current game – he regularly gets booked.
Romero shone against Brighton last time out, but football.london noted how he “picked up his almost obligatory yellow card”.
And Conte, speaking to the outlet ahead of Sunday’s meeting with West Ham, touched upon this issue with Romero’s game.
“Cristian is a player who has to be focused in every moment of a game,” said the Spurs boss.
“If he’s good, he’s focussed from the start, form the first to last second of the game.
“And he’s a really important player for us.
“He has a bit to improve in this situation, to be focussed on every moment of the game.
“Sometimes he gets a yellow card he can avoid.
“He has to improve in his aspect, to be focused from the start to the end.
“Sometimes you can’t explain this in a good manner. You have to shout!
“But he’s a good guy and he understands that what I do is always best for the team and himself.
“He has quality to be a great defender so it’s important to find the right way to improve the player.”
