Eden Hazard is set to inform Chelsea that he has decided to move to Real Madrid in the summer, according to the Telegraph.
They report that the Belgian’s contract talks have not progressed at Stamford Bridge and he has been given assurances that a bid from Madrid will come in.
Despite him having less than 18 months left on his current deal, Chelsea apparently value Hazard at over £100m, but the Daily Mirror report that Real are willing to match that figure.
Such a huge outlay would make a concurrent bid for Tottenham ace Christian Eriksen difficult from a financial point of view and AS report that Spurs have been handed another boost on that score as well; with Real shunning a bid for the Dane in favour of putting their faith in their current options.

Hazard edging closer to the Bernabeu and Real looking to their current engine room options combine to offer Tottenham a double boost to their hopes of Eriksen remaining in north London beyond the end of the season.
The next step would be to get him to sign a new contract – and if Real really have turned their back on a deal, that may be a fairly straight-forward process, especially at a time when Spurs are clinging to the coat-tails of the title race.
