Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers was unveiled as Puel’s successor prior to kick-off last night, news that was confirmed on the club’s official website.

The 2-1 victory was secured thanks to goals from Demarai Gray and Jamie Vardy.

Leicester are 11th in the Premier League and Rodgers will look to hit the ground running and secure a top half finish.

The goalscorers may have earned the plaudits last night but Harvey Barnes looks like a man capable of being top class.

At 21-years-old the youngster is improving with every game and could be a really big player for the Foxes.

Rodgers was renowned for giving youth players a chance at Celtic Park and that bodes well for Barnes.

He was on loan at West Brom for the first half of the season and contributed nine goals and seven assists.
