Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has been praised by Harry Redknapp, who described the Spurs star as the “full and complete package”.
The 27-year-old’s talents as a centre-forward are well known, but this season he’s been operating deeper to get on the ball and create opportunities.
Jose Mourinho’s decision to utilise the Spurs talisman in this manner has worked wonders, registering 17 goals and 14 assists from just 25 appearances this term.

In addition, Kane’s partnership with Son Heung-min has gone to the next level, the two playing superbly in tandem and notching up goals and assists for each other by the hatful.
“Harry Kane, he’s a complete all-round player,” the former Spurs manager told talkSPORT earlier this week.
“On and off the field he’s the full and complete package. He’s making passes now as well as scoring all the goals.
“His passing, when he gets wide he delivers great crosses, he plays great early through passes.
“He lives the right life, you never see anything bad about the boy, he’s a great trainer, he’ll be the first out on the training pitch and the last one off.
“When I was there he’d practise every day after training. He’d spend a half hour doing his finishing and shooting, he just loves being a footballer and the rewards he’s got from it are fully deserved – he’s a fantastic player.”
TBR View:
It’s frightening to see just how Kane is developing under Mourinho – not only is his goal tally as good as ever, but his assist tally is also shooting right up and his overall play is simply unbelievable.
Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson recently claimed that Kane is on the way to becoming the best player in the world given he’s now doing what Kevin De Bruyne does, on top of his usual No. 9 duties.
Factor in his defensive contributions and we’re talking arguably the most complete footballer in recent times – hopefully this season he can add Premier League champion to his CV.
