Southampton have 13 players out on loan at the moment and Ralph Hasenhuttl will be keeping his tabs on their progress.

With the Saints close to securing Premier League survival, Hasenhuttl will be wondering which current loanees could break into his side next term.

Here are three loan players who Hasenhuttl could consider using next season.

Jordy Clasie

The 17-cap Netherlands international could be a useful player in central midfield if he can find his feet in England.

It has never quite worked out for the 27-year-old but he could enjoy a revival under Hasenhuttl after he returns from Feyenoord.

Guido Carrillo

Southampton smashed their club-record transfer fee to bring in Monaco striker Carrillo for £19m in January 2018, according to BBC Sport.

The 27-year-old failed to find the net in 10 appearances and was sent on loan to Leganes at the start of this season.

And after scoring six goals for the La Liga side, the Argentine striker could be given his chance to impress under Hasenhuttl.

Harrison Reed

After thriving at Norwich City last season, Reed has been a standout performer for Blackburn Rovers this term.

The 24-year-old plays as a central midfielder but can also fill in at right-back and his Championship performances have earned him a chance with Southampton.

Reed has played 30 times for Southampton in the past but Hasenhuttl could give him more opportunities next season.
