Greg Stewart has told Clyde SSB that he is confident Rangers can progress into the next round of the Europa League after being drawn against Portuguese side Braga SC in the last 32 of the competition.
Rangers finished second in their group after drawing against Young Boys, while Braga topped a group that also included Wolverhampton Wanderers and Besiktas. The two sides will meet on February 20 and 27th.
Braga currently sit in ninth position in the Portuguese league, a long way behind FC Porto who Rangers took four points off in two Europa League matches during the group stage.

Stewart, who appeared in just one of Rangers’ six Europa League matches as a substitute in the 2-1 defeat to Young Boys in Switzerland, claims Rangers are feeling confident after the draw and explained that the Gers have faced better in Porto.
“I think it’s an excellent draw for us. It’s a game we feel we can definitely win over two legs. We played against probably a Portuguese Champions League team in Porto so we’ll be feeling confident with that draw,” Stewart said.
TBR’s view – What must Rangers watch out for against Braga?
Braga are more than able to find the back of the net, having netted 46 times this season already – and from all over the pitch, including the strikers, midfielders and even some defenders chipping in. Five players have four or more goals.
Braga do not have the kind of Alfredo Morelos-like goalscorer who has netted 27 times already, but Paulinho has 12 goals and Ricardo Horta is an interesting player – who has netted 10 from out wide.
Some decent players – and a side good enough to beat Wolves in Portugal – Rangers will have to be at their best.
