Everton fans have been reacting on social media to the news that their club could be in the running to sign Lazio striker, Ciro Immobile.

The Italian ace has banged in over 30 goals this season for the Serie A giants. That form has got heads turning around Europe and, according to 90Min, Carlo Ancelotti has made Immobile a priority signing this summer.

The 30-year-old is well and truly in his prime, it would seem. After a fairly disappointing spell in Germany with Dortmund, Immobile has taken Serie A by storm with his goalscoring exploits.

And while the report claims a bid in the region of £50m might be needed to land the Italian, it’s not putting off a lot of Everton fans.

Of course, some fans think Immobile’s age is an issue. However, in the majority, it seems Toffees fans would love to see him at Goodison.
