Graham Roberts has heaped praise on two of Tottenham’s unsung heroes during their recent run of good form. Spurs defeated Dinamo Zagreb 2-0 last night and the ex-player raved about Lucas Moura and Erik Lamela.
Both players featured during the contest as Tottenham enjoyed a comfortable night against the Croatian outfit in the Europa League.
Lamela started the game whilst Brazilian forward Lucas Moura was introduced as a substitute.
Roberts believes both deserve praise for their attitudes despite not always being deemed as first-choice under Jose Mourinho’s management.
With everyone raving about two-goal hero Harry Kane, Roberts took to time out on Twitter to wax lyrical about another important duo.
Want to give plenty of credit over the last month to @ErikLamela @LucasMoura7 there attitudes top class and both having big impacts on every game keep it up last not long to go let’s bring some trophies to the lane all the fans deserve it and especially all of you lads 🙏🙏🙌

Moura has been in pretty decent form for Tottenham during 2020/21 and seems to have rediscovered some form under Mourinho.
He has scored nine goals and registered five assists in all competitions, making 40 appearances across the campaign.
The man with 35 caps for Brazil can play in a number of attacking positions and his versatility has been a useful asset to the boss.
Lamela is another player who often divides the Tottenham fan base but of late he too has showcased his talent.
He has found the net just three times, claiming one assist in 27 appearances but he’s looked lively when he has played.
The man paid £80,000-a-week at Tottenham has missed some of the campaign with a calf injury and is still working his way towards full fitness.
Lamela has been at Tottenham since 2013 and has made 249 appearances for the club in total.
Kane, Son Heung-min and Gareth Bale are the common players who receive vast praise at Spurs.
Plenty of players have looked the part during the recent good win, however, and Roberts is right to praise Moura and Lamela for their efforts.
