Graham Roberts has taken to Twitter to laud both Davinson Sanchez and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg after Spurs beat Watford on Sunday.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side continue to boast a flawless record under their new manager. They went into the clash with the Hornets having won their opening two league games 1-0.

And they made it a hat-trick of victories by that scoreline. Son Heung-min scored the only goal as his free-kick found its way in at the far post.
It is an incredibly encouraging start to the campaign for Tottenham. And what has been particularly impressive is the form shown by some of the players who have previously come in for a lot of criticism.

Sanchez was certainly one of those who went into this campaign with a point to prove.
However, he was lauded by many of the fans after the win over Manchester City on the opening day.
And he has continued to shine in the games since. He was excellent against Watford at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday.
And Roberts has now picked out the Colombian, as well as Hojbjerg, as the standouts in the victory…
Davinson Sanchez threatening to be Spurs’ surprise package this season after Watford win
Spurs fans knew how good Sanchez could be. The problem was the 25-year-old was seemingly nowhere near consistent enough.
Tottenham supporters would have been forgiven for wanting him sold in the summer. And you would imagine that the club would have let him go if a good offer came their way.
But Sanchez has started this campaign brilliantly. And if his form is a sign of what is to come, he could be a key player for Spurs this term.
