Former Tottenham hero Graham Roberts has taken to Twitter to back Harry Kane to beat Alan Shearer to become the all-time leading goalscoring in the Premier League.
The Tottenham player is currently on 148 goals and needs another 113 to beat Shearer to top spot when it comes to taking the all-time mantle.
Kane scored twice against West Ham on Sunday as Tottenham were forced to settle for a 3-3 draw, despite racing into a three-goal lead.
Roberts is still a passionate Tottenham follower and he said on Twitter that he was too gutted to see Spurs to drop points in cruel style on Sunday.
Instead, he gave it 24 hours before handing out some thoughts on the Tottenham captain.
Was to gutted to talk about spurs and @HKane yesterday but in this spurs side and being looked after by good game management I genuinely believe he will take Alan Shearer prem record and become @SpursOfficial top ever goal scorer he is simply a goal machine and he has the lot.

Kane is a phenomenal player and at 27-years-old it’d take a really brave man to bet against him smashing the record.
Many doubted whether he’d be capable of scoring the same amount of goals in a Jose Mourinho system – but those theories have already been quashed.
Kane has five goals to his name this season, along with seven assists, as he looks to add a new dimension to his game.
The England international also has 32 goals for the Three Lions and he’s on course to topple Wayne Rooney on 53 strikes at the top of those charts.
Kane is Tottenham through the through but he’s undoubtedly ambitious. If Mourinho is serious about keeping him at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium then trophies need to be forthcoming.
Mauricio Pochettino took Spurs close in the Champions League but despite Sunday’s late disappointment, there is hope that Spurs are on the right track.
Mourinho is a proven winner and with Kane spearheading the attack, silverware could be on the horizon for Tottenham sooner rather than later.
