West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini has praised upcoming talent Grady Diangana, but the youngster needs to keep his feet firmly on the ground.
The 20-year-old is a skilful winger from the academy that has come into the first-team fold this season and is being tipped for a huge future at the London Stadium.
Senior player Andriy Yarmolenko picked up a long-term injury in the last game during the defeat to Tottenham, but it was Diangana who came on to replace him in the side.
Pellegrini has revealed that Diangana will get more first-team opportunities moving forward and rates him highly.
“I think he’s a young player who has a lot of good technical conditions. He needs to improve on other things, but he will have some chances in some games,” Pellegrini said, as quoted by the club’s official website.

It’s excellent news that Diangana could now become a regular feature in the senior squad and supporters are extremely excited about the prodigy.
But the Englishman needs to just focus on improving his game and seizing every opportunity that has thrown his way.
Diangana still has fierce competition to battle against to get a starting position and he only has three appearances at senior level.
The right-winger needs to try replicate the attacking play he’s been producing regularly at Under-23s level and prove to Pellegrini that he’s ready for first-team football.
He’s certainly someone to watch out for and supporters are fully behind him after he scored two in the Carabao Cup against Macclesfield.
