'Good comparison': Journalist says Tottenham have a teenager who's just like Jude Bellingham
The Guardian and GFFN’s Ligue 1 journalist Adam White has compared Tottenham Hotspur new boy Pape Matar Sarr to Jude Bellingham.
Bellingham is England and Borussia Dortmund’s golden boy at the moment. The now 18-year-old left Birmingham to move to Signal Iduna Park last year and he has become a sensation in the German top-flight.
He has played 57 games for the German giants already and he’s a part of the England setup now as well.
Bellingham is a brilliant example to every young player out there and White believes Spurs have someone very similar to the young English prodigy.

In an interview with GiveMeSport, White was asked how Sarr compares to someone like Bellingham. The French football expert believes there are a lot of parallels between the two teenagers.
He said when asked about comparing Bellingham and Sarr: “I think it’s a really good comparison actually.
“There’s a lot of parallels between them in terms of their ability and the positions they take up. And their skillset, and the job you would ask them to do in midfield as well.”
Sarr can be a future Spurs star
Pape Sarr was on the radar of a number of clubs in the summer. Tottenham, who many felt were more focused on the present than the future, surprised everyone when they went out and splashed a little over £15 million to sign him. (The Athletic)
Spurs sent him back on loan to Metz for the remainder of this season, but they are said to be keeping a close eye on him. He will make his move to North London next summer, and there’s no reason why he can’t have a big impact.
Sarr has impressed everyone since making his debut for Metz. He was phenomenal for them in France last season. If he can come into the Premier League and have the kind of impact that Bellingham has had in Germany, he will become a real star for Spurs.
