A number of Tottenham Hotspur fans have urged Jose Mourinho to pick Spurs wonderkid Dane Scarlett for their FA Cup third-round fixture next month.
The Tottenham academy youngster became the club’s youngest-ever debutant last week, taking to the field against Ludogorets aged 16 years and 247 days.

Despite coming on with just nine minutes remaining, Scarlett still managed to impress in the Europa League clash, having one shot on target and making a key pass.
It was a proud occasion for Scarlett, who has enjoyed a swift rise through the Spurs ranks and has been shining for the club’s Under-18s, with nine goals in nine appearances.
The young forward was especially impressive against Southampton’s U18s, bagging four goals and an assist in a 7-0 win, which prompted fans to sing his praises on social media.
On the weekend of 9 January, Tottenham will head to Merseyside to face Northern Premier League Division One North West side Marine in the FA Cup.
The eighth-tier outfit reached the third round of the competition for only the second time in their history by beating Havant & Waterlooville in the second round on Sunday.
And some Spurs fans think the tie would be a great occasion for Mourinho to start some of his talented youngsters, including Scarlett:
