We’re getting to that point of the Premier League season where you can start to predict the run-in.
Indeed, with just seven games to go, it’s easy to point towards who will win where and when and how the final league table will look.
Speaking to TNT Sports, Rio Ferdinand has been predicting each of the title contenders’ last seven matches, and he’s made an interesting call on one of Arsenal’s most important games before the end of the season.
Indeed, Arsenal have to head to Old Trafford before the end of the campaign, and as a former Manchester United player, Ferdinand has made an intriguing prediction on this one.

Rio Ferdinand predicts Man Utd vs Arsenal
The pundit shared how he thinks this game will go.
“Manchester United away?” Ferdinand was asked.
“I’m going to go for a 3-2 Manchester United win,” Ferdinand said.
Manchester United might not mind losing
Interestingly, heading into this game, there may be some Manchester United fans who wouldn’t mind losing this game.
United don’t really have much to play for between now and the end of the season, and they probably do want Arsenal to win the league ahead of their more bitter rivals – Liverpool and Manchester City.
Of course, we’re not suggesting that Erik Ten Hag’s side will throw the towel in for this game, but at the same time, the atmosphere inside Old Trafford on that day may not be as fiery as you may expect for such a game between two massive clubs.
It’s a strange situation for United to be in, and we’ve seen in the past how the Red Devils can take it easy towards the end of the season when a Champions League finish is beyond their reach.
Ferdinand may expect United to win this one, but don’t be shocked if Arsenal turn the Red Devils over here.
