Tottenham got back to winning way this weekend with a comfortable win against West Brom this afternoon in a cold North London.

Harry Kane returned from injury to help fire his team to victory. The England man scoring one and leading from the front to help Jose Mourinho’s side to a much-needed three points.

There were a number of fine performances today in Spurs colours. Erik Lamela and Lucas did well on rare starts, while the likes of Son and Kane were dependable up the top of the pitch.

However, it was the performance of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg that really had Spurs fans talking on social media. The Danish midfielder put one on a plate for Kane, before being his usual dominant self in the middle of the park.

It was yet another outstanding performance from Hojbjerg, and Twitter was awash with comments praising him this evening as Spurs fans celebrated their win over West Bromwich Albion.
