Olivier Giroud would be a great signing for West Ham United.
The French World Cup winner is a transfer target for the London side, as reported by The Mirror.
The former Arsenal striker is out of contract next summer, having only signed a one-and-a-half-year deal with the Blues in January 2018.

West Ham were actually loosely interested in the player before his move to Stamford Bridge, and appear to still be keen on the player.
He would be a great coup for the club as he has a fine goalscoring record in the Premier League, but would his acquisition spell the end for another striker at the club?
Hernandez future in doubt?
West Ham signing Giroud would be a statement of intent, but it could mean the end of the line for Javier Hernandez.
The Mexico striker, signed in 2017 from Bayer Leverkusen, has struggled during his second stint in the Premier League.

Last season he showed glimpses of his capabilities but was ultimately too inconsistent and eventually lost his place in the side to a rejuvenated Marko Arnautovic.
This term, Hernandez has made four appearances in the Premier League totalling 140 minutes of action.
He is yet to start in the league under Manuel Pellegrini, who prefers to field Arnautovic as the lone striker.

He is finding opportunities hard to come by at the moment, with Michail Antonio and Lucas Perez also providing options, but signing Giroud might just prompt him to move on.
Admittedly though, West Ham would face a challenge getting the Chelsea striker in; he is currently battling it out with Alvaro Morata to be the number one striker at Stamford Bridge.
