Some Spurs fans have had their say on Fabrizio Romano’s claim regarding Tottenham’s stance on Houssem Aouar.
Spurs have been linked with the Lyon midfielder over the past few weeks.
Aouar is reportedly out of favour at the club and could be in line for a late move elsewhere.

According to The Athletic, there is apparently a “growing acceptance” at Lyon that “at around €25million (£21.5million), he would represent an excellent market opportunity.”
However, Romano has dealt Tottenham fans a blow by claiming the north Londoners aren’t prioritising the 23-year-old.
“Tottenham have been offered the chance of signing Houssem Aouar as new midfielder,” he wrote. “Arsenal too.
“First answer from Spurs has been clear: he’s NOT a priority, so no talks and no bid as of now. Same for (Weston) McKennie.”
That’s not to say Tottenham wouldn’t be going for him, however.

Romano added: “But Aouar will be one to keep an eye on till the end.”
At present, Tottenham are reportedly hoping to sign attacking ace Adama Traore from Wolves.
However, Spurs’ midfield arguably needs strengthening amid question marks over the futures of Tanguy Ndombele and Moussa Sissoko.
Therefore, Tottenham fans seem especially eager to move for the £21.5million wizard.
Here is what some Spurs fans have made of Romano’s latest Aouar update:
