Some Arsenal fans have been bemoaning the club’s value after Forbes released a report of the 50 most valuable clubs in world sport.
Arsenal have been valued at £2bn by Forbes joining Premier League rivals Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea.
The list, which is mostly dominated by NFL teams, has seen the clubs increase in value despite the fact sports have been dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic, by 9.9%, compared to 55% five years ago.
United are the highest-ranked team from the Premier League, boasting a value of £3bn, a place ahead of Liverpool who hold a value of £2.9bn, followed by Manchester City, who are valued at £2.8bn, and then Chelsea who are valued at around £2.3bn.
