'I must say': Gary Neville stunned by 'magical' moment from Liverpool man at Chelsea
It was another festival of Premier League football on Super Sunday today as Chelsea and Liverpool played out an entertaining draw at Stamford Bridge.
Four goals in the opening 45 minutes had set the second period up nicely. However, neither side could find a way through and in the end, it will be Pep Guardiola who was more pleased than anyone with the 2-2.
Goals in the game from Sadio Mane, Mo Salah, Mateo Kovacic, and Christian Pulisic all had equal moments of quality involved. But according to Sky Sports commentator Gary Neville, the goal from Liverpool star Salah was something he described as ‘magical’.

“This is absolute class. I have to say, you are watching something that is absolutely magical, it is absolutely wonderful that goal,” Neville said while on comms for Sky.
“It has stunned the whole ground.”
Salah will now head off to the AFCON as Liverpool try and navigate a period of games without their star man. Sadio Mane, too, will also be on his way, meaning Jurgen Klopp faces a tough January.
TBR’s View: Salah Continues To Wow With Moments Like This
Is there anything Mo Salah can’t do? He is simply producing the goods on a weekly basis now and the goals he scores just seem to get better and better. Today’s was yet another example of his immense quality.
The touch, the deception on Alonso, and then the finish on Mendy were all moments of pure magic. Neville is right to laud what Salah did and it’s almost becoming the norm now.
Liverpool’s problem now comes in the form of who is going to step up to the plate in his absence. He is one of the world’s best players. Put simply, it’s a mammoth task for anyone. A could hinge on Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino, as the Reds aim to stay within some sort of reach of Man City.
