BBC Sport pundit Garth Crooks has heaped praise on Kieran Tierney for his performance in Saturday’s 4-0 win over West Bromwich Albion.
The left-back was selected in the Team of the Week for his efforts in the comprehensive win.
It was a stunning performance from the Gunners who were forced to battle snowy conditions to claim three points.

Tierney got the ball rolling with a brilliant first goal and Arsenal never looked back.
The former Celtic player is proving a massive hit at the Emirates Stadium and is quickly becoming a fan favourite.
Crooks was impressed and waxed lyrical about the player after his latest performance.
He told BBC Sport: “When I saw Tierney tease West Brom’s Darnell Furlong – not once, but twice – I thought he’d slightly overdone it, but what then took place was finishing of the highest order from the Arsenal full-back. For the left-footed Scot to cut inside and let fly so accurately with his weaker foot was very impressive.
“Tierney has been one of the few shining lights in what has been a difficult season for Arsenal so far, but this victory over the Baggies is the Gunners’ third consecutive win. I wonder if they’ve turned a corner.”
TBR View – Tierney on the road to Arsenal stardom
He hasn’t been at the Emirates Stadium long but he already looks like a really solid addition.
Tierney cost the club £25 million from Celtic in the summer of 2019 and is making quite an impact.
He did spend some time out injured last season but during 2020/21 he has comfortably been the Gunners’ standout player.

The fact he was running round in freezing conditions in just a jersey and shorts on Saturday wasn’t the only impressive thing about him.
He defends well, gets forward brilliantly and his goal was like something of a midfield maestro’s playbook.
At 23 there is more to come from the £80,000-a-week youngster and right now he is lighting up the Premier League.
Tierney is well on his way to the top.
