Former Tottenham Hotspur forward Garth Crooks has been singing the praises of Heung-min Son after his performance against Crystal Palace at the weekend.
Son was in sensational form as Tottenham Hotspur secured a 4-0 win over the Eagles in North London.
The South Korean international bagged two goals as Tottenham romped to victory.

Crooks, now a pundit on BBC Sport, was thoroughly impressed. But as he stated in his team of the week column, he cannot believe that Son does not yet have a Premier League hat-trick to his name.
“I can’t believe Son has not scored a hat-trick in the Premier League. If anyone deserves to have that statistic firmly emblazoned on his CV it should be the South Korea international.
“Son was electric against a Crystal Palace side who are blowing hot and cold these days and, against Spurs, were freezing.”
It is something of a surprise to hear that Son is lacking a trio of goals in the Premier League. Especially as when he is on form, the South Korean tends to score goals in bunches.
He does have a Tottenham hat-trick, scoring three against Millwall in a 6-0 FA Cup win over Millwall in 2017, but not yet in the top-flight.
He came close on a couple of occasions at the weekend to adding his name to the hat-trick column in Premier League history and it is surely just a matter of time before the 27-year-old does finally take home a matchball.
If the likes of Arouna Kone, Jonathan Walters and Pavel Pogrebnyak have one, Son’s must be due.
