Thomas Frank is the new Tottenham manager, and he’s thought a few times about raiding his former club, Brentford, this summer.
Frank has pinched a few of his old coaching staff from the Bees, while Frank has looked at signing some of his former players too.
Bryan Mbeumo was a Tottenham target at one point, but he’s gone to Manchester United instead, while Spurs wanted Christian Norgaard before he joined Arsenal.
Yoane Wissa has also been linked to Tottenham, and according to Gabriel Agbonlahor, speaking on TalkSPORT, Wissa will be looking for a move in this window after Bryan Mbeumo’s departure.

Yoane Wissa will be looking for a move
Agbonlahor made a claim about Wissa while talking about Bryan Mbeumo’s move to Manchester United.
According to the pundit, Wissa will also be looking for a move after seeing Mbeumo leave the club, joining Frank and Norgaard in the exodus from Brentford this summer.
“Mbeumo, he works hard, he can score any sort of goal, he can score from the edge of the box, make those runs that Salah makes.
“He has everything you want in a forward, him and Wissa were outstanding together. I’m sure Wissa will be looking for a move as well.”

Wissa may well be looking for a move this summer as things begin to unravel slightly at Brentford.
Indeed, there isn’t much positivity coming out of the Gtech at the moment, and Wissa may be looking for an escape route.
If that is the case, a move to Spurs would surely appeal to the striker as he’s played some of the best football of his career under Thomas Frank.

Newcastle are keen on Wissa too, but with Alexander Isak, Anthony Gordon and Anthony Elanga in their frontline, Wissa may find minutes hard to come by at St James’ Park.
A move to Tottenham could be the ideal switch for Wissa to make this summer as he potentially looks for a new club.
