Tottenham Hotspur stumbled to three points last night as they beat Wolves 3-2 at Molineux.
And this was despite taking a three-goal advantage into the closing stages of the game.
Late on in the contest, Juan Foyth gave away two penalties and Spurs’ lead was reduced to just one goal.
But they held on and managed to pick up the win in the end.
After the game, Tottenham fans were discussing Foyth’s performance. He was rewarded with a start after an eye-catching centre-back display against West Ham in the midweek EFL Cup victory.
But the Argentina youth international struggled in this Premier League encounter.

It was the youngster’s Premier League debut but his two fouls brought Wolves back into the tie.
After the game, his manager Mauricio Pochettino defender Foyth. He told BBC Sport: “These things happen.
“He is so young, it’s his first game in the Premier League. I think he played well.
“He always tried to play and was relaxed and calm. I think his performance was very good and I am happy with him.”
After the game, many Spurs fans echoed these thoughts and jumped to the 20-year-old’s defence.
Here is a selection of tweets from Tottenham fans discussing Foyth’s performance.
