Celtic goalkeeper Fraser Forster has heaped praise on striker Odsonne Edouard, branding the ace ‘a natural finisher’.
The summer loan signing from Southampton was speaking about Celtic’s prospects for the season and the quality of the team, which he admits he has been ‘surprised’ by.

Forster reckons the Bhoys are good enough to mix it up in the Premier League and have a comfortable season, something which has often been debated.
One man who has really caught his eye since rejoining from the Saints is Edouard, who has six goals from 13 competitive appearances this season.
He said of the 21-year-old (Daily Record): “Eddy’s been brilliant. He’s such an exciting talent. In previous years I’ve been down south looking in from the outside.

“He’s been very impressive in training. He always trains well – he’s just a natural finisher.
“From wherever he is he just seems to score and I’ve been really impressed. He’s a fantastic player and we’re very fortunate that he’s in our squad and team.”
TBR’s view
Edouard stands to be a key man for Celtic once again this season.

He has started off in clinical fashion and the Bhoys need the sharpshooter to be consistent if they are to seal a ninth straight league title.
He has been a brilliant acquisition for the club since coming in on an initial loan from Paris Saint-Germain, and the Frenchman has the quality to better the 22 goals he got last term in all competitions.
