An experienced back-line

For many years, it seemed that Arsenal would never find the right defence. Sometimes they were too inexperienced, or two slow, or just not right. The days of a Mikael Silvestre/returning Sol Campbell have passed, and so have the days of playing players like Monreal at center-back, or youngsters that weren’t ready. Arsenal now have a senior, experienced back-line. Hector Bellerin, Mustafi/Gabriel/Mertesacker, Koscielny and Monreal have all been around the block and offer a defence that in-front of Petr Cech, offers plenty to be admired.
