Just like Leeds United, Conor Gallagher appears to have handled making the step up from the Championship to the Premier League extremely well.
The 21-year-old has been a real shining light in what has been a poor season for West Brom. And it seems inevitable that he will get the chance to play in the top flight once again next year.

It already appears that clubs are starting to put plans in place for a summer bid for the midfielder.
According to the Daily Express, Crystal Palace are keen to sign the Chelsea-owned youngster. And it is claimed that he could cost just £9 million.
It would be little surprise to see more clubs join the queue over the coming months. And Leeds should arguably be one of them.
The Whites have taken an interest in Gallagher in the past. The Daily Mail reported shortly before his loan switch to the Hawthorns that Marcelo Bielsa was keen to sign him permanently.

It was claimed that Chelsea were not willing to sell him with Frank Lampard a big fan of Gallagher. However, Lampard has now gone. And it appears that the Blues’ stance may have changed.
Leeds certainly appear to be in need of further midfield reinforcements this summer. Mateusz Klich’s form has dipped at times. And Bielsa has probably put more faith in Stuart Dallas in midfield than he would have hoped to.
Dallas has been excellent. But the Whites do lack depth in that area of the pitch right now.
Gallagher looks to have the work-rate to play in that number eight role in Bielsa’s system. He has brought real tenacity to the West Brom side this season.
And he proved in the Championship that he also has flair. He scored six goals and contributed eight assists across loan spells at Charlton and Swansea.
He is not yet the finished article, so much may depend on what direction Leeds plan to go in during the summer.
But if his asking price is indeed just £9 million, it is surely too good an opportunity for the Whites to pass up.
