You might beat Manchester United 6-0 and then lose 4-1 to West Bromwich Albion. It’s part of the game.

Even if you make the correct adjustments, games will sometimes just go against you.

Your centre-back might have a shocker. Don’t be hard on yourself. Learn from what went wrong and if it was a tactical thing, you can fix it. Carry the lesson forward with you.
