After finishing in mid-table last season, Antonio Conte has done a remarkable job to turn Chelsea around into formidable champions, who brushed off the challenge of almost anyone who tried to beat them, with Liverpool the only side to have avoided defeat against the Blues this season.

Undisputed champions, and with hopes of a double with an FA Cup final against Arsenal on the horizon, Conte will be delighted with the monumental impact that he has made on his squad in his opening season and even more pleased to get his hands on silverware so early on in his time in London.
