One of the biggest questions of the upcoming summer is whether Alexis Sanchez will stay at the Emirates or not; and according to Goal, if he leaves then Manchester City are ready to pounce.

The Chilean has been the shining light in a disappointing season for Arsenal, showing his class with 24 goals and 10 assists in the Premier League, and it is believed that Guardiola is considering a bid.

Sanchez’s pace, vision and threat in front of goal could add to an already potent attacking line-up and provide a huge amount of squad depth as City look to challenge for a Champions League final.

With Arsenal still drawing up a contract for the 28-year-old – which could be worth £280,000-per-week according to the Telegraph – his future at the Emirates still remains far from certain.
