Morgan Schneiderlin – Manchester United

Another Manchester United player with a similar story to that of Memphis’ is Morgan Schneiderlin. Brought in by Van Gaal to bring a similar controlling influence to the Red Devils that Michael Carrick has given them over the years, Schneiderlin has failed to claim a regular starting spot and still plays a backup role to Carrick under Mourinho.

The Frenchman has only 21 minutes of Premier League football to his name, last appearing in the draw against Arsenal 11 minutes from time.

With Everton and former boss Ronald Koeman interested, it may only be a matter of time until Scheniderlin leaves United. Mourinho is said to be willing to let the 27-year-old go, according to Manchester Evening News.
