Loic Remy

Current Club: Chelsea

Position: Striker

Reported fee: Loan Move

Since the arrival of Guus Huddink, Remy has been told that he can leave the club in order to find game time before EURO 2016 in his home country. Remy was a huge hit at Newcastle during a season long loan from Queens Park Rangers, scoring 14 goals in 26 Premier League appearances. The French striker would be welcomed back by the Geordie faithful.

Manager Steve McClaren has already admitted that his team need to score more goals, having only scored 19 goals in 20 games with summer signing Aleksandar Mitrovic struggling to find his feet so far. As he already has the Premier League experience, Loic Remy will hopefully be able to hit the ground running and score goals immediately. He is also used to playing as a lone striker, which is preferred by McClaren.
