Tottenham are entering what is one of the most pivotal transfer markets in their recent history. Only losing 2 of their opening 20 games, some pundits believe they’re genuine title contenders, exceeding initial top 4 contending expectations.

With only one glaring hole in the squad, that being a striker to take all the striking burden off of Kane, any extra additions will be welcomed. If they do not recruit a second striker, Tottenham fans will instantly blame the lack of support for Kane if they fall by the wayside before the end of the season.

If Pochettino and his scouting team delve into the transfer market cleverly this January, Tottenham could be well on their way to celebrating one of their most successful league seasons for quite some time.
