Glen Kamara helped Finland secure a late point against Ukraine on Sunday night in their second 2022 World Cup qualifying match as the two countries drew 1-1 – and Finland’s official account have posted a video that Rangers fans will love.

The 25-year-old is quite easily one of Steven Gerrard’s best-ever signings as Rangers manager and certainly one of the club’s best ever additions – given he cost the Ibrox club just £50,000 from Dundee in January 2019.

Just over two years later, and he is only two appearances shy of reaching a century of matches for the Gers – while also becoming a Finland regular. Kamara has clocked up an impressive 27 caps for Finland and is showing no signs of slowing down.

Finland came from 1-0 down on Sunday evening to draw 1-1 in an eventful last 10 minutes that saw Ukraine take the lead through Junior Moraes in the 80th minute. But after 88 minutes, Ukraine were down to 10 men.

Vitaliy Mykolenko was shown a red card and from the resulting penalty, Norwich City striker Teemu Pukki scored to nab a point away from home for Finland. Kamara lasted the entire 90 minutes, as he helped peg Finland back to grab a draw.

He was excellent throughout. Not only do Whoscored claim he made 39 successful passes from 43, but he also nutmegged a £20million-rated (La Lazio Siamo Noi) Manchester City player in Oleksandr Zinchenko – and Finland have posted a video.
