Leeds United winger Jack Harrison has made it into Alan Shearer’s latest Premier League Team of the Week following his impressive display for Marcelo Bielsa’s side at the weekend.
The Whites headed to Yorkshire rivals Sheffield United on Sunday and returned to Elland Road with all three points, Harrison playing a huge role in the visitors’ 1-0 victory.
The 23-year-old put in an energetic, tireless display, with plenty in the tank even in the final stages.

He also contributed numerous crosses including the one for Patrick Bamford to head home the winner.
As a result, Harrison made the cut for Shearer’s TOTW, the Premier League legend saying: “Harrison swung in a perfect cross for Patrick Bamford’s winning header.
“In fact his crosses were fantastic throughout as he continued his impressive start to his Premier League career.”
TBR View:
Harrison was arguably the Whites’ most improved player come the end of last season, and has picked up where he left off this term.
In three top-flight games, the Manchester City loanee has claimed one goal and one assist, and his last display say him named in both Shearer’s TOTW and Garth Crooks’ XI on BBC Sport.
If Harrison, and indeed his teammates, continue in the same manner, Leeds will have absolutely no problem in securing an impressive finish in their first season back at the top.
