‘Fantastic business’: Liverpool fans react to links with Ajax defender Perr Schuurs

Liverpool are being linked with a move for Ajax defender Perr Schuurs, with the Reds said to be eyeing up a £27m move for the youngster.

Schuurs could be the ideal signing for the Reds as Jurgen Klopp looks to address the defensive issues that have set in this term thanks to injuries to Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez.

The Ajax defender, 21, has become a regular in Holland and has impressed over the course of this season, appearing in all but one game for the Dutch giants.

But his form has attracted attention across Europe, with Liverpool now seemingly ready to make their move to bring in one of Europe’s hottest defensive properties.

Liverpool fans, then, have been reacting to the news on Twitter and although there are some doubters, some fans are in full support of the Reds making a move for the Ajax starlet.
