Tottenham fans not impressed by Kane's FIFA 19 rating
With the new season underway, fans can look ahead to the latest instalment of EA Sport’s FIFA franchise but Tottenham Hotspur supporters have been left frustrated.
Throughout the week, EA’s Twitter account has been revealing the top 100 players in the game and Spurs star Harry Kane has narrowly missed out on the top ten, coming in with an 89 rating that puts him level with Sergio Aguero and Antoine Griezmann.
However, fans have looked between the lines and have been left unhappy with a number of aspects around Kane’s rating, with suggestions claiming he should be at least 90, have better pace and should not be ranked behind Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski.
They took to Twitter to express their discontent at the situation but have missed two key points from Kane’s rating, which may even suggest that he has been ranked higher than he actually should have been.
While it is debatable that Lewandowski is superior to Kane, going off World Cup form in particular, the Poland striker has consistently topped the scoring charts in the Bundesliga and lifted numerous honours with the German giants.
On top of this, being ranked as equal with World Cup winner Griezmann and Premier League winner Aguero is also quite surprising given that the England captain is yet to win a major honour in his football career.
How is Kane not 90+

Just because Kane is sometimes referred to as an ‘old fashioned striker’ doesn’t mean he’s slow lads
