Crystal Palace fans have taken to Twitter to react after hearing what Marc Guéhi said about Brighton and Lewis Dunk.

What’s the story?

Well, the Eagles posted a video of Guéhi and Joachim Andersen constructing a Fantasy Football team together on their YouTube channel.

Andersen suggests including Dunk in the squad due to his goalscoring ability.

However, Guéhi was not in favour, due to the fact Dunk plays for Brighton – the 21-year-old has clearly done his homework on Crystal Palace.

It was only a small comment, but stuff like this can immediately make players a fan favourite amongst supporters.

Marc Guéhi and Joachim Andersen should thrive

The club’s official YouTube video ends with Guéhi and Andersen fist bumping after finishing their squad.

Hopefully, we’ll be seeing a lot of that out on the pitch this season.

In truth, we feel Guéhi and Andersen will thrive.

The ex-Chelsea man is strong, quick, aggressive in the challenge and also a silky passer of the ball, while Andersen is also all of those things.

Their desire to play the ball out from the back, coupled with their defensive qualities, should make for a truly superb partnership.

Only time will tell, but it already has the makings of a formidable duo.
