Liverpool are yet to make a summer signing this year but that could all be about to change.
The Reds have not brought anyone in for new manager Arne Slot just yet but after two wins from two, there is little panic in the Liverpool ranks.
Of course, with just days until the deadline ticks over, Liverpool fans are still hoping something happens.

A new midfielder is thought to be high on Slot’s agenda, after a move for Martin Zubimendi broke down.
However, it looks like Liverpool are moving to strengthen in other areas.
And according to Fabrizio Romano, a deal to bring in goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili is now all but done.

Liverpool have agreed fee to sign Giorgi Mamardashvili
Taking to X to provide an update on the situation with Mamardashvili, Romano has said that all that is left to be sorted is the structure of the deal.
Romano’s tweet comes after he had already spoken about Mamardashvili on his podcast about having confidence the deal was close to happening.
“It’s still a really concrete possibility because Liverpool are working on it,” Romano said on his Here We Go podcast.
“There will be a new meeting on Monday, so tomorrow [Monday] could be an important day to try and close the deal for Mamardashvili. I’ve already told you there’s an agreement on the deal…”
“I can tell you, talking to sources, I can feel optimism to get the deal done.”
Liverpool fans will still want more

If Mamardashvili is to be the only signing this summer then Liverpool fans will probably feel a tad disappointed.
The goalkeeper is clearly well thought of and he was labelled as ‘outstanding‘ in the Euros by Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou.
However, Liverpool fans won’t be seeing him until 2025 at the earliest and it still leaves them without a new outfielder signed.
You never know with the Reds under FSG, but it feels very much like it might be a one and done situation for Liverpool here.
