A lot of the talk around Tottenham Hotspur this summer has been around Spurs’ impressive young players.

Mikey Moore is making a serious impression, while Archie Gray has been tipped for big things at Tottenham.

However, perhaps the most intriguing young player at Spurs right now is Lucas Bergvall.

The Swedish midfielder arrived at Spurs this summer after agreeing a deal in the winter, and it’s fair to say that it’s not taken long for the midfielder to get to grips with life in north London.

Indeed, according to Fabrizio Romano, speaking on Men in Blazers, staff at Tottenham are very excited about Bergvall’s potential, claiming that the midfielder has been fantastic in training.

Romano shared what he knows about Bergvall.

“I think they can already be happy about a player they signed in January, Lucas Bergvall. I can guarantee you that the technical staff, the management, all of them are super excited with this boy,’ Romano said.

“He’s doing very well in pre-season, in training, fantastic. They believe that between Archie Gray and Lucas Bergvall they have signed two potential superstars.”

Tottenham’s future looks so bright

Tottenham may not be the most successful club in England over the past 20 years, but they’re setting up to be incredible over the next 10.

Indeed, with Bergvall, Gray, Mikey Moore, Jamie Donley, Luka Vuskovic, Ashley Phillips and Alfie Dorrington all coming through, Spurs’ future is looking so bright.

That’s before we even mention the likes of Destiny Udogie, Pape Sarr and Micky van de Ven who are already making waves in the first-team before their 24th birthdays.

Spurs have such an exciting core of yoiung talent, and with the right nurturing, Spurs could have a golden generation on their hands in a few years’ time.
