Respected journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Everton winger Bernard is set to sign for Al-Nasr, with personal terms already agreed.
Taking to his Twitter account late last night, Romano confirmed that Bernard is on his way out of Goodison Park. However, it remains to be seen what price Everton will get for Bernard. Reports in the week had claimed the Toffees were sticking to their guns, demanding around £9m for their man.
Bernard completed a move to Everton back in 2018, sealing a move to Goodison on a free transfer. Since then, the Brazilian has played 77 times for the Toffees, scoring seven times and assisting the same amount.
Al-Nasr have been tracking the tricky winger for a number of weeks now. Bernard has started just twice all season, coming off the bench a further four times for Carlo Ancelotti’s talented outfit.

Should Everton net some money for Bernard, it would represent a tidy profit on a player who has never quite hit the heights some might have expected when he did sign.
TBR View: Money in the coffers is good here, Bernard needed a move
Everton’s summer was always going to ensure a few players slipped down the pecking order, so it’s not surprising to see Bernard leave.
The Brazilian has been a good squad member in his time with the Toffees. The fact he’s made so many appearances in his short spell with the club, is a testament to his quality.
A move to the UAE is a nice little earner for him and should give him the chance to play week in week out in a league of lesser quality.
