Fabrizio Romano provides exciting update over Tottenham's transfer plans
Fabrizio Romano has an update on Tottenham’s transfer plans.
The Italian journalist has claimed that Fabio Paratici and Steve Hitchen already know what they’re targeting in future transfer windows.
Speaking on his Here We Go Podcast, Romano stated:
“They are always planning for the long term with Fabio Paratici.”
“They will focus on midfield. I don’t know if it will be January or summer but they will focus on midfield.”
“That’s the next position they want to improve. Let’s see what happens with Ndombele if they will find a solution but this is what they want to do.”
“We will see if January will bring some good opportunities or if it’s during the summer.”
“Paratici and Hitchen will be working on it in the coming months.”
Fabrizio Romano has an update on Tottenham’s transfer plans
Tottenham fans have already become enamoured with Paratici at Spurs.
The Italian has helped them bring in the ex-Atalanta pair Cristian Romero and Pierluigi Gollini.
The workaholic Tottenham man, according to Romano, is already looking to both the January and summer window.
It’s no surprise that he’s looking to improve the midfield over the defence and the attack.
Tottenham have been linked to many different midfield options in recent months.
Any and all of those players would add another dimension to Tottenham’s midfield.
Things haven’t been the same for the Lilywhites since Mousa Dembele and Christian Eriksen left the club.
Now, though, it seems Paratici is looking to rectify that and turn the Tottenham midfield into one that opposition teams fear again.
