Reported Glasgow Rangers target Crysencio Summerville has spoken out on purported interest from the likes of Ibrox and other clubs which he described as “beautiful”.
However, it looks as though Steven Gerrard and co will be left disappointed, as the Feyenoord winger insists that he’s happy where he is currently.
According to a report from Voetbal International, Rangers are one of four teams to have shown an interest in signing Summerville – who shone on loan at ADO Den Haag – this summer.

Wolverhampton Wanderers, Anderlecht and RB Salzburg are also reportedly in the mix as the 18-year-old’s Feyenoord contract enters its last year.
However, Summerville has poured cold water on speculation coming his way, being quoted by Record Sport as saying: “The teams that are interested in me are beautiful clubs.
“But that would be another step for me and I don’t think about moving at all. All my thoughts are with Feyenoord.
“We are talking about a new contract and it’s all about what is best for me. The conversations are going well. For me, it’s not about money.
“The financial side of the contract is the very last thing on my mind. It’s about what is my best path for my career.
“It’s not even about just next season, it’s about the long-term and I want to feel Feyenoord trust me. I want to play at De Kuip every week and be one of the club’s important players.”
TBR View:
Rangers have already done well in bolstering their ranks with talented youngsters, like Ianis Hagi and Calvin Bassey, and Summerville also looks like another gem with a great future ahead of him.
Unfortunately in this case, it doesn’t look as though he’ll be on the move this season, but it’s nice to hear Rangers – plus the other reported suitors – described as “beautiful” and it also shows just how far the Ibrox side’s scouting network is reaching out.
