Director says Arsenal have a top attacking talent who's nowhere near his ceiling yet
Arsenal and England fans can expect plenty more from Bukayo Saka, according to Neil Dewsnip.
The Gunners ace has become an indispendable player for club and country in the past two years.
Saka is closing in on 100 competitive appearances for Arsenal and has won 11 caps for England.
He marked his 20th birthday with an impressive display for the Three Lions on Sunday.
Saka scored a goal and assisted two more as Gareth Southgate’s charges ran out 4-0 winners over Andorra in World Cup qualifying.
Dewsnip, the former head coach of the England Under-17 side and current director of football at Plymouth Argyle, is excited about what the future holds for the Gunners star.
“It’s not just Bukayo, a lot of that team have played at the younger age groups,” Dewsnip told i News.
“That really proved that the strategy we set out, maybe ten years’ ago, is now bearing fruit.
“There were always the younger guys coming in at 15 and 16, and Gareth would have been aware of all those names.
“There’s a long line of talent and Bukayo is obviously at the forefront of that.
“The exciting thing for Bukayo, Arsenal and England is that there’s plenty more to come from him too.”
