Everton has been linked with a move for Manchester United’s goalkeeper, Sergio Romero, and a number of Toffees fans have been responding to the news on social media.

ESPN claims that both the Toffees and Leeds United are interested in the 33-year-old.

Romero  – capped 96 times by Argentina – has been the model professional at Manchester United. Playing second-fiddle to David De Gea, the stopper has won the praise of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for his performances and attitude.

But it seems that clubs are circling around the Red Devils with thoughts of tempting Romero away, with Everton being an interesting proposition for the ‘keeper.
