French pundit Frank Leboeuf has lavished praise on Tottenham ace Christian Eriksen, after the Dane struck a late winner against Brighton to seal a 1-0 win.
The midfielder was on hand to save the day for Spurs at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after an admirable showing from the Seagulls.

Albion centre-halves Lewis Dunk and Shane Duffy were magnificent at the back, but were powerless to prevent Eriksen’s moment of magic in the dying embers.
The former Ajax prospect picked the ball up on the edge of the penalty area and unleashed a fizzing drive on his left foot which arrowed into the bottom corner, giving Mat Ryan no chance.
It was a huge goal, with Tottenham trying to put some distance between themselves and the other Champions League qualification contenders.

And former defender Leboeuf, who won the World Cup with France in 1998, was full of praise for the 27-year-old.
He said on ESPN: “I really really love him. He’s a different player. We can talk sometimes about the position of Manchester United and Pogba, also Chelsea with Hazard.
“If there is one guy who can make the difference for his team, it’s Eriksen. He can find a magical pass or he can score a goal like he just did today, and he’s a fantastic player.”
TBR’s view
Eriksen is certainly a massively important player for Tottenham and can bring qualities that no one else can.
The Dane is world class on his day and is certainly as valuable to the club as Hazard is to Chelsea and, to perhaps a lesser extent, Pogba to United.

It will be a crying shame if the club are unable to keep him beyond the summer with speculation rife that he could move on, as he would be extremely difficult to replace.
His technical quality is rivalled be very few across Europe, and losing a player of that calibre would hurt any team.
