Arsenal legend Ian Wright has hailed Bukayo Saka and summer signing Gabriel Jesus for their performances this season.
Speaking on his Wrighty’s House podcast, Wright said that the pair never drop below an eight out of ten display every week now.
Saka was Arsenal’s Player of the Season last time around and has kept his standards high this year, even if sometimes he is double-marked, creating space for others.
Jesus has come in and elevated the attack to another level after the departure of Alexandre Lacazette, adding pace and dynamism.

Wright on Saka and Jesus
Wright knows what it takes to shine as an Arsenal striker and said that Jesus has even put in some perfect ten out of ten performances this term.
He said: “Everyone is playing well in their positions.
“Then you have Saka who is just 8/10 every week. Then Gabriel Jesus, who is just eight, nine or 10/10 every week.”
Arsenal dominated the north London derby against Tottenham on Saturday and were great value for their win.
Jesus got his first goal in the fixture in his very first outing, putting Arsenal back in front after an error from Hugo Lloris, making it 2-1.
Saka is benefitting from having more quality around him and not having to do so much of the work himself this season, with Arsenal looking better across the board.
