Every Premier League transfer signing and exit for the 2025 summer window

The 2025 summer transfer window has finally come to a close, with every team now locked in for the first half of the Premier League campaign.

There was drama left, right, and centre, as deals were hijacked, records were broken, and deals fell through at the last minute.

For most teams in the Premier League, it was a summer transfer window filled with more spending as the totals seem to continue rising.

So, with that said, here’s a look at every signing and exit confirmed over the summer 2025 transfer window.

Arsenal

Arsenal spent over £250 million in the 2025 summer transfer window, bringing in eight new players to bolster the squad.

Almost every position was covered for Mikel Arteta, while several exits were made, both permanently and on loan.

Aston Villa

After failing to qualify for the Champions League, Aston Villa had a tough summer transfer window to navigate.

Eight signings were made in an attempt to bolster Unai Emery’s squad, while plenty of exits were secured.

After an impressive season under Andoni Iraola, some of the Bournemouth squad was ripped up as teams circled their talent.

It was a difficult summer for Brentford, as they were forced into a change of head coach, with Keith Andrews stepping up to take charge.

There were some big sales involved, but the Bees brought in some new faces to replace those who had exited.

Having failed to land European football for this season, Brighton’s focus was mainly on trimming down the squad.

After securing promotion back to the Premier League, Burnley made many of their loan signings from the Championship permanent before looking to bring in quality.

Chelsea’s summer transfer window was seemingly split in two parts, as they balanced signings with their involvement in the Club World Cup.

There was an influx of early additions, before a late rush for further signings and exits.

Everton’s move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium has brought about fresh optimism that the club can steer clear of any relegation concerns and fans can enjoy watching their team again.

Some exciting signings punctuated a positive transfer window, as David Moyes looks to push the team up the table.

Fulham were one of the quietest clubs in the Premier League, as they made very few changes to their squad, both in and out.
