Everton attacker Ademola Lookman is a highly-rated youngster at Goodison Park that supporters are keen to watch succeed, but this campaign he’s only shown glimpses of his potential.
The 21-year-old winger is yet to score in his 12 appearances across all competitions so far this season and had just two starts.
But Toffees manager Marco Silva needs to look towards his loan spell at RB Leipzig from last season to see how he can raise his game by copying the recipe.
The England Under-21 internatonal spent the second half of last season in the Bundesliga with Leipzig, where he ended up leaving a star that made a huge impression in Germany in a short space of time.
Lookman scored five goals and supplied four assists in just 11 games for Leipzig, but his real success came near the end of his loan when he broke into the starting XI.

The dazzling left-winger was making impacts in the final third when given more minutes on the pitch and before that was restricted to bright cameos off the bench.
Everton have a situation where Lookman looks extremely lively in the second-half as a substitute and it’s too soon to decide he can’t succeed at Goodison Park after just receiving two starts.
He’s got the technical ability and pace to rip up the English top flight, but needs more minutes under Silva to achieve it.
The Merseyside club paid £11million (BBC) to sign Lookman in 2017 and he should be judged after a regular run of starts in the team.
